Industry and China's State-owned assets supervision and Administration Commission and the China Steel Corporation signed a letter of intent for projects.Kenya Investment Authority officials said after the signing ceremony, the project is valued because it will build Kenya first compound steel.Kenya strong steel demand, but mainly rely on imports.Domestic projects and Government steel purchases this year up 16.7% from a year earlier, and building their capacity is around the corner.It is predicted by 2020, domestic steel demand will reach 2.5 million tons, and 2030 this number will double.
